1.4 million Americans have Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, two painful, seldom-discussed and often isolating digestive diseases. Thousands of children have received this life-changing diagnosis. When you join the Team Challenge Half Marathon Training Program, you'll train for a rewarding and exciting 13.1 mile endurance event while raising vital funds for research into these diseases. These dollars will help make new treatments possible and fuel the search for cures.

Our Ramey Yoga is our gentle yoga class featuring meditative yoga for all skill levels encouraging a healthy relationship with the body and lowered stress levels"

Jannae Rice, LMP Ramey Yoga, Massage, and Body Image Director has been with Ramey Nutrition since 2010, the beginning of Ramey Yoga. She is a Certified Reiki practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and currently on her way to a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology at Bastyr University. She has over 10 years of experience in yoga and meditation, and offers a fun and graceful way to listen, reconnect, and transform the relationship we have with our bodies. Inspired by natural rhythms of the body, Rice encourages all to join our gentle and individualized approach. Ramey Yoga incorporates yoga, mindfulness, and breathing to encourage inner strength and healing. Rice believes reconnecting to our bodies is a journey with no destination, only exploration.
