I am offering 4 Donation Based classes each week at the Hot Yoga Willits Studio in the Evergreen Shopping Center. We have plenty of parking ,mats and water availible if you require. I want to gather like minded Individuals who understand or learn to understand Karma Yoga and the Donation Basis ideals. My classes are 1 1/2 to 1hour & 45 min. classes. We do Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Styles with a " regular guy" twist . I want all to come and feel welcome and take care.
Classes are held at : Mon., Tues., Weds.,4 P.M. & 11 A.M. Fridays
*These are NOT Hot Yoga Classes. We warm up and build our fire then reduce it and rest.

I teach heated Vinyasa Flow Level I-III at the Montavilla Wellness Center every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Sign up online or drop in for .00 per class. The Montavilla Wellness Center is located at 7817 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR. This is not a hot yoga class where room temperatures reach degrees upwards on 105. In heated yoga, the room temperature typically reaches highs on 90 degrees.
